We Ship our roaches in USPS flat rate shipping boxes. In the box you will find a paper bag that contains your roaches snuggled on egg create. We ship this  way so that when you open the flat rate shipping box there are no loose roaches and to protect the roaches from getting stuck on the sticky tape of the box.

We ship USPS 2-3 Day Priority at a flat rate of $8.00 nationwide (rate subject to change).  Orders are shipped 6 days a week Monday – Saturday.

• Orders must be received by 12pm CST to be eligible for same day shipping.
• Any order  with a mortality rate of 25% or higher will be re-shipped FREE of charge (We ask that you please provide photographs)
• We may ask for and reserve the right to request unsatisfactory shipments back.
• The Roach Cafe may hold back an order due to improper shipping weather such as a deep freeze or heat wave. If this is the case with your shipment we will contact you via email to verify a new shipment date.
• Unfortunately due to state laws we cannot ship to Florida.
• We do not ship Internationally including Canada.
